Worship Celebrations

Our Missional Communities come together for a worship celebration on the second and fourth Sundays of the month at 5pm at 300 E Wayne St. in downtown Fort Wayne. We gather as participants together (not spectators at a show) to sing, tell stories, celebrate and reflect on the good news of Jesus, pray, and take the communion meal together.

Our worship celebrations maintain a loose liturgical structure of:
- Singing together
- Telling stories of what God is doing in our midst
- Listening and responding to Scripture together
- Praying together
- Celebrating the Eucharist (Lord’s Supper) together
- Being sent as God’s people together
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear anything you like, really. We’re pretty informal generally.

WHAT ABOUT KIDS?

We love having them participate in our worship celebration, and they are welcome throughout. But we also have a few things specially for kids:
1. A nursery is available for kids ages 0-4.
2. During the sermon, children (K-6th grade) are invited to attend a learning experience that engages them with the Scriptures on their level. The kids come back into the service to take the Eucharist (Lord’s Supper) with their families afterward.
